T&T Power Group Expands Western Canada Presence with the Acquisition of All Generator Solutions Inc. (AGS)

T&T Power Group, a leader in power generation and electrical solutions across Canada, continues to make waves in Western Canada with its latest acquisition of All Generator Solutions Inc. (AGS). This milestone follows the company’s earlier investments in 3 Phase Power Systems and Grizzly Power, solidifying T&T Power Group as a full-service power provider for industries across the region.
The addition of AGS marks another step forward in T&T Power Group’s commitment to delivering comprehensive power solutions nationwide. Known for its expertise in diesel fire pump servicing, fuel polishing, fuel tank cleaning, load bank testing, and generator repair and maintenance, AGS brings decades of specialized experience that will enhance T&T’s service offerings.
A Journey of Strategic Growth
T&T Power Group’s expansion in Western Canada began in March 2020 with the acquisition of 3 Phase Power Systems. This move introduced cutting-edge capabilities in variable frequency drives (VFDs), motor controls, and industrial power conversion technology. With 3 Phase Power Systems on board, T&T gained the ability to design and engineer complete solutions—from power generation through distribution and application.
Building on this foundation, T&T acquired Grizzly Power in October 2022. Grizzly Power brought an extensive portfolio of rental equipment, including generators, fuel tanks, light towers, transformers, and Frost Fighter heaters. Additionally, the acquisition expanded T&T’s new and used equipment offerings, as well as its parts and service capabilities, positioning the company as a one-stop shop for temporary and permanent power needs.
Now, with the acquisition of All Generator Solutions Inc., T&T Power Group has further bolstered its service capabilities, ensuring that clients across Western Canada can access the highest levels of expertise and reliability in power system maintenance and repair.
